On September 8th, our group andFrance GTT(Gaztransport &Technigaz) Company formally signed a patent cooperation agreement for LNG Mark III membrane system, and after obtaining GTT qualification certification, our grouprecently made another major breakthrough in the construction market of largeLNG carriers.

According to the announcement of our listed company, our groupsigned a construction contract for two 175,000 cubic LNG carriers with Europeanshipowners. This is the first time that the company has accepted the order forlarge LNG carriers, and the landing of this order has made our company thefourth domestic and the first domestic private shipping company to enter thelarge LNG carrier construction market.

Two 175,000 cubic LNG carriers will be built in Yangzi XinfuShipyard, using GTT Mark III Flex membrane system. The main propulsion systemadopts two dual-fuel MAN 5G70ME-C10.5-GA-EGRBP models, and is equipped with a1.5t/h re-liquefaction device. The planned delivery period is from 2025 to 2026.
